DealTrust exists to make brand–creator collaboration safe, fair, and professional. These guidelines apply to everyone using the platform.

Respectful communication

Use clear, professional language in chat. Harassment, hate speech, or threats are not allowed and can result in account suspension.

On‑platform deals only

Keep payments and core communication inside DealTrust so we can protect both sides. Asking to move payments off‑platform is not permitted.

Honest representations

Deliverables & deadlines

Creators should aim to deliver on time and to spec; brands should review work promptly and give specific feedback. If expectations change, update the brief and discuss in chat.

Zero tolerance for fraud

Any attempt to scam, charge back after receiving work, or deliver plagiarized / AI‑generated work against the brief can lead to losing access to DealTrust.
