Short summary: DealTrust provides tools for brands and creators to run escrow‑protected deals. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. Using DealTrust

You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into contracts, and comply with applicable laws and platform rules (for example YouTube, Instagram, TikTok policies).

2. Deals, escrow, and payouts

• Brands fund deals up front into escrow before creators start work.
• Creators deliver work through DealTrust and keep communication in the deal chat.
• When a deal is approved, escrow funds are released to the creator minus any fees.
• In case of a dispute, funds remain locked until a resolution is reached.

3. Disputes

DealTrust may review messages and deliverables to decide a fair outcome. Our decision can include refunding the brand, partially refunding, or releasing funds to the creator in line with these terms and our Community Guidelines.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting fraud, sending spam, harassing other users, or moving payments off‑platform to avoid fees or protections.

5. Data & privacy

We store account and deal information to operate the service and improve safety. Sensitive payment data is handled by trusted third‑party payment processors.

6. Changes

We may update these terms over time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via in‑app notice.
